Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are calculated and added to each order, standard method of shipping is UPS ground unless other wise requested.
All shipping, billing and pricing errors must be reported to EPM within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
All freight charges are subject to dimension/oversize carrier weight regulations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damages/Claims:
Shipping is FOB Phoenix, Arizona or Erie, Pennsylvania. Damages are the responsibility of the customer once the shipment is released from EPM. After shipment is released to carrier, any damages must be reported to the carrier.
To ensure damage/claim credit, all damaged product, original packaging and outer shipping box must be saved for the carrier to inspect.

RETURN POLICY:

At EPM we want you, our valued customer, to be satisfied with your purchase; if you are not satisfied please contact us at 623-518-6344 or via email at customerservice@epmgroup.com A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from EPM prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. All items must be in original packaging and unused. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned products. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 20 days from original shipping date. Used products can not be returned. RMA numbers are valid for a period of 30 days only. Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice less re-stocking fee, shipping and handling.

WARRANTIES:
EPM offers NO warranty.
If any, products are sold with a manufacturer limited warranty and must be handled through the manufacturer of the product. Typically products used for racing carry no warranty of any kind. RACING IS A DANGEROUS SPORT, purchaser acknowledges that the purchase of kart accessories, supplies or a “kart” and the use thereof either by himself or any minor which is permitted to operate this vehicle creates a significant risk of serious injury, including permanent disability or death, and severe social and economic losses which might results from these injuries or death. In recognition of these risks Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EPM, its officers, agents, and representatives for any and all damages.
